Location Tracking
I am completely against putting chips in children, teens, elderly, or anyone for that matter. I believe that it is a huge violation of privacy, no matter what the age. I am okay with items such as GPS tracking shoes and what not, but only because one has a choice in whether or not they use them. Implanting a chip in to someone would be taking away their power to decide. Plus, what would happen if the child grew up and wanted the chip removed. Would it be costly? Would it hurt? Everyone has a right to privacy. There is no way to know who could get a hold of your location either if a chip is implanted in you. In my opinion, the costs infinitely outweigh the benefits in this situation. An implanted chip is way too permanent and invasive. It violates the whole concept of privacy.
